Over the past few years, I have suffered from aches and pains through my entire body. I’ve lost feeling in my left foot and hand due to a seizure. I lost memory and the ability to play guitar. I also got depressed. Everyone around me felt my pain and saw my depression. I tried to hide my pain by helping others the best that I could. I found a man so eager and passionate about the same things that I once did. This man led me to this church, which I now call home. That Sunday Pastor Scott prayed for me and I realized that I may have had a new beginning. I felt like I had a major cleansing from God after that day. I ended up in the hospital weeks later. I had lost my hair, I was walking with a cane and a back brace, my temperature was up to 105 degrees, and my blood pressure and oxygen were lowering to dangerous levels for about 7 days.
The uncle of the man who brought me to The Crossing came to my room and prayed for me and our prayers were answered. A friend of the family helped to lower my temperature. My mother in law out of the blue, said “You have Lyme’s Disease”. One month later, I was diagnosed with Lyme’s Disease. Problems started to fade with treatment. I kept coming to church, seeking more healing, but I was still having seizures about every other week. I stood up one week in church and had a healing, I felt a flutter in my head. I was hesitant to share my experience with anyone and so did not say anything to those around me, and weeks went by where I did not experience any seizures. I stood up for another healing and I felt a warm sensation starting from my lower back up to the back of my head. I’ve never felt anything like that. My pain was instantly gone in my neck. This is the wonderful thing that could happen to anyone and it happened to me. Thank you God!
